匈牙利布達佩斯2026年1月26日 /美通社/ -- 2026 年 1 月 19 日，韓國貿易委員會已根據 Tulip Innovation 提出的專利訴訟正式立案處理。Tulip 控告 Sunwoda 所生產的鋰離子電池電芯，以及供應予 Geely Auto Group、用於一款在韓國暢銷的混能 SUV 的電池組，涉嫌侵犯其電池專利授權計劃中所涵蓋的一項專利。 Tulip 是次升級針對 Sunwoda 及其客戶未獲授權使用的專利訴訟，承接早前於德國提出的相關專利侵權案，並源於 Sunwoda 一直未有就有關專利取得授權。

韓國貿易委員會所作的行動涉及韓國專利第 10-1089135 號，並關於電極與電池隔膜的組合，這是汽車電池安全與效能的重要元素。該項韓國專利為 Tulip 早前於德國專利訴訟案中涉及的其中一項歐洲專利的對應專利；該些德國案件已於去年裁定向 Sunwoda 頒佈三項禁制令。

作為 LG Energy Solution 及 Panasonic Energy 旗下逾 5,000 項專利組合的授權代理商，Tulip 提出的專利侵權控訴主要針對電池製造商，惟亦可能延伸至向未獲授權供應商採購電池的客戶。此次於韓國新展開的訴訟案，進一步反映 Tulip 專利組合在全球層面的實力，並指出鋰離子電池供應鏈下游企業如涉及使用未獲授權產品，將可能面臨專利侵權的代價。
