合作社和互通領導圈 (Cooperatives and Mutuals Leadership Circle; CM50) 是國際合作聯盟（International Cooperative Alliance，簡稱「ICA)」）的一項計劃，聚集了世界上最大的合作企業和共同企業的領導者，包括 Jayen Mehta（印度 Amul 董事總經理）、 Shirine Khoury Haq（英國 Co-op Group 行政總裁）、Howard Brodsky（美國 CCA Global Partners 共同創辦人兼董事長）、Fabíola da Silva Nader Motta（巴西 OCB 總經理）和 Rob Wesseling（加拿大 The Cooperators 主席兼行政總裁）。

全球網絡的啟動，適逢多哈高峰會認可合作型商業模式為推動可持續發展、促進社會包容及強化經濟韌性的工具。

多哈政治宣言 (Doha Political Declaration) 強調合作社作為社會和團結經濟領導者的作用：透過鼓勵創業精神、創造體面工作機會，以及推動社會共融。

本次會議包括聯合國 2025 國際合作社年閉幕式（IYC2025），旨在慶祝合作社對聯合國永續發展目標的成就與貢獻，並啟動國際合作社聯盟 (ICA) 2026 - 2030 年戰略 (2026-2030 Strategy)。
