台灣女性生育觀翻轉：自主、多元成新趨勢

台北2025年9月10日 /美通社/ -- 台灣女性的生育態度，正快速翻轉。隨著同婚合法化、女性教育程度提升與職場參與加深，傳統「結婚必生子」的模式已不再是主流。根據內政部資料，台灣女性平均初產年齡已超過33歲，總生育率更跌至全球最低。許多女性選擇延後、少生，甚至不生育，這不僅反映現實壓力，更彰顯女性自主意識的抬頭。

同婚開放後，妻妻伴侶、單身女性等群體逐漸浮現，讓「家庭」的樣貌更為多元。她們對生育的需求，也與過去截然不同：有人為保留未來選擇而選擇凍卵，有人透過跨國醫療與第三方輔助生殖來實現成家夢想。對現代女性而言，生育不再是社會賦予的必然，而是一種可以自主決定、並由科技支援的個人選擇。

RSMC生殖醫學中心觀察到，亞洲近年來前來諮詢的女性人數顯著增加，許多人並非因為迫切的醫療問題，而是希望「掌握生育的主導權」。這些案例不僅包括職場菁英，也涵蓋計畫延後生育的伴侶與LGBT多元家庭，她們共同展現出台灣女性在生育議題上的新態度。
