韓國首爾2023年5月26日 /美通社/ -- DxVx公布了其最近收購的公司Avixgen的管線開發最新進展。DxVx收購了Avixgen約63%的股份。Avixgen是一家新藥開發公司，在年齡相關性黃斑變性、幹眼癥和特應性皮炎等眼科疾病方面擁有強大的渠線。

Avixgen目前專註於被認為具有最高商業化潛力的幹眼癥。Avixgen通過盆唐首爾大學醫院、首爾大學醫院和加圖立大學聖母醫院在韓國完成了1期臨床試驗，並計劃在韓國和美國同時進行2期臨床試驗。Avixgen的主要目標是開發出一種和現有藥物相比具有長期療效並能減少副作用的藥物。
