韓國首爾2022年6月9日 /美通社/ -- 韓國私募股權機構Hahn & Co.宣佈，該機構已簽署最終協議，以1.6萬億韓元（合13億美元）的價格從韓國SK Group收購100%的聚酯薄膜(PET)業務。SK的聚酯薄膜業務是韓國最大、全球第四大的聚酯薄膜業務，2021年的收入為1.13萬億韓元（合9.53億美元）。此次交易是今年迄今為止韓國和亞洲最大的收購交易之一。
