悉尼2022年5月19日 /美通社/ -- 全球基礎設施中心(GI Hub)宣佈成立一個由全球基礎設施、金融和氣候專家組成的技術工作組，就一個即將出台的框架向G20和GI Hub提供戰略建議。該框架將為擴大私營部門的可持續基礎設施投資提供新的建議。

上周，GI Hub的首席內容官Henri Blas召開了技術工作組會議，評審該框架的草案。草案將於2022年第四季度發佈。該框架在經濟合作與發展組織(OECD)和全球基礎設施基金(Global Infrastructure Facility)的支持下制定，旨在支持G20的基礎設施和可持續金融重點項目，它與GI Hub的一份有關基礎設施轉型道路的新報告相一致。

來自G20輪值主席國印尼、G20財政部和中央銀行、長期投資者網絡、多邊開發銀行、GIF和OECD的基礎設施領導人參加了小組會議，為制定框架建議提供了直接意見。

基礎設施仍然是阻礙實現緊急氣候目標的主要因素，世界上60%的材料被基礎設施使用，全球79%的溫室氣體也是由基礎設施排放。在去年11月的格拉斯哥COP26氣候變化大會上，各國就推動可持續基礎設施的幾項承諾達成了一致。新的框架將幫助決策者在全球範圍內將這些高層承諾轉化為具體可實現的目標。
