深圳2022年4月15日 /美通社/ -- 北京大學匯豐商學院智庫（簡稱「北大匯豐智庫」）最近發佈的一項報告顯示，去年，隨著基於註冊的首次公開募股(IPO)體系的實施，中國股市為實體經濟服務的能力得到了提高。該報告對IPO和再融資的特點；中國股票市場的相關政策和制度，以及2021年仍然存在的問題進行了研究。

該報告的結果顯示，與前幾年相比，工業公司的 IPO比例增長了6.3%。此外，二板市場（中國創業板和科創板）為中小型未上市企業(SME)，特別是工業、材料、IT和醫療領域的企業，提供了更多的融資支持。所有這些都意味著，資本市場為中國實體經濟提供越來越強勁的支持。

此外，報告還顯示，新成立的北京證券交易所(BSE)標誌著中國深化資本市場改革的努力邁出了關鍵的一步。首批在新成立的北京證券交易所上市的81家公司中，78%是先進製造業、現代服務、高科技服務和戰略性行業的中小型企業。基於這一點，該報告認為北京證券交易所在刺激全國中小企業股份轉讓系統(National Equities Exchange and Quotations)中小型企業直接融資方面發揮著重要作用，進一步提高了我國多層次資本市場的融資能力。

然而，北大匯豐智庫表示，由於再融資、金融欺詐、監管不善和非理性投機者等多重壓力，中國股市仍然面臨著吸引中長期基金的多重挑戰。研究人員建議實施高效的發行體系、交易體系和透明的監管制度。例如，想要實現以註冊為基礎的高效IPO體系，需要高度透明的信息披露和積極主動的融資監管。此外，還需要高效的政策來吸引長期資本，完善風險管理，以遏制個人和機構投資者的不合理投機行為，並確保股票市場的可持續發展。
