台北2022年4月1日 /美通社/ -- 日本アリナミン製薬株式会社（日本合利他命製藥）今日宣布，在台灣成立子公司—合利他命藥品股份有限公司，並於即日起正式開始營運。

日本合利他命製藥於 2021 年 4 月開始獨立營業前，隸屬於日本武田藥品旗下的消費者保健部門。透過與台灣武田藥品工業股份有限公司的合作夥伴關係，合利他命早已進入台灣市場，銷售如合利他命® 強效錠（Alinamin EX Plus）等產品。然而為了更靈活地因應亞洲的醫療保健需求，並進一步拓展合利他命的產品和服務，日本合利他命正式在台灣新設子公司。
