今年的名單表彰全球各地的餐廳，包括來自 9 個國家/地區的 13 間新餐廳
上榜餐廳來自六大洲的 22 個國家/地區
日本有 5 間餐廳位列第 51 至第 100 位，是上榜餐廳數量最多的國家，其中有兩間來自東京的新餐廳：Sazenka 及 L'Effervescence
歐洲、亞洲及南美洲分別有 21 間、13 間及 9 間餐廳上榜
秘魯的 Kjolle 及 Mil 是 2021 年入選的新餐廳，其擁有人之一為 The World's Best Female Chef Award 得主 Pía Léon
在進入此名單的新餐廳中，丹麥哥本哈根的 Alchemist 的排名最高，奪得第 58 位

在較為知名的美食勝地外，比利時海濱小鎮科克賽德的代表 Willem Hiele 位於第 77 位，而法國北部拉馬德蘭蘇蒙特勒伊的 La Grenouillère 再次攀上第 91 位。開普敦的美食名店亦在崛起，La Colombe 的排名從第 33 位上升至第 81 位，而新餐廳 Fyn 位列第 92 位。
