卓悅控股前股東葉俊亨遭債權人追討卓悅美容集團收購交易拖欠金額

香港2021年6月21日 /美通社/ -- 卓悅控股﹙0653﹚公司執董、前大股東葉俊亨繼日前被董事會建議罷免執董職位後，現又遭債權人採取法律行動追討拖欠卓悅美容集團業務收購之金額。

根據康健國際醫療集團近日的公告顯示，有關葉俊亨在2017年透過Profit Castle向康健國際收購卓悅美容集團業務的交易仍拖欠金額超過港幣3億3千萬。康健國際正就Profit Castle及／或葉俊亨（其中包括）拖欠償還承兌票據之未償還本金額及所有未償還應計利息對彼等採取法律行動（案件號碼：CRN21022346）。康健國際並已發出執行通知，表明就卓悅美容集團之所有股份（「已押記資產」）簽立以擔保承兌票據之還款強制執行。康健國際也已委任接管人並委任卓悅美容集團之其他董事。
