香港2020年3月31日 /美通社/ -- 2020年3月31日，平安津村有限公司（下稱「平安津村」）宣布，收購天津盛實百草中藥科技股份有限公司（下稱「盛實百草」），交易總額為12億人民幣。交易完成後，平安津村將成為盛實百草的控股股東，持有80%的股權。本次交易由中國平安保險海外（控股）有限公司與株式會社津村共同協助平安津村完成落地。
