本季的最大增量預計來自於榛子和核桃。榛子產量預計較上一季增長15%，超過530,000公噸，這主要是因為領先的生產國土耳其，以及法國和西班牙等一些其它產地，實現了產量的增長。全球核桃產量預計達到969,000公噸左右，較上年增長10%，而這主要是由於大部分產地的產量都實現了顯著增長。

2019/20季全球乾果產量預計約為3,283,000公噸，較2018/19季增長5%。最大增量預計來自於食用椰棗（1,226,000公噸，增幅達9%）、梅子（215,800公噸，增幅達9%）和幹無花果（158,500公噸，增幅達17%）。
