第四屆SIARA由沙迦全球人道主義慈善機構大愛基金會(The Big Heart Foundation, TBHF)與聯合國難民事務高級專員辦事處(UNHCR)合作舉辦，正在接受來自中東和北非、亞洲和非洲各國的提名，截止日期2019年12月17日。

自獎項推出以來，TBHF將首次直接在其網站https://tbhf.ae上接收申請。為了使非營利組織在該獎項的目標地區獲得最大程度的代表，TBHF還向世界各地希望提名他們認為應該獲得該獎項的人道主義實體的組織和個人敞開大門。
