Freezeframe 為澳洲 No.1經臨床驗證的護膚品牌

悉尼2019年10月3日 /美通社/ -- Self Care Corporation Pty Ltd，freezeframe品牌的擁有者，已終結此前提供給位於香港上環文咸街50號寶恆商業中心17層5室的香港公司Freezeframe Co., Limited以允許其在中華人民共和國境內分銷freezeframe產品的有限授權許可。

該授權由Self Care以非獨家且不可轉移的「授權函」形式簽發，從不構成Self Care和Freezeframe Co. Limited或任何與後者相關實體間正式的分銷協議，Freezeframe Co., Limited或Freezeframe China Co Pty Ltd亦不是，且從不是Self Care的一部分。

Self Care已於2019年9月6日就結束雙方有限商業關係一事正式通知Freezeframe Co., Limited，即時生效，並通告Freezeframe Co., Limited正式撤銷授權函，於2019年10月6日生效。

從2019年3月起，Self Care已停止向Freezeframe Co., Limited及任何與其有關聯的公司供應任何freezeframe產品，包括Freezeframe China Co Pty Ltd和EPAQ International Pty Ltd，亦不會再向其供應任何freezeframe產品。

Self Care已通知Freezeframe Co., Limited後者以及與其關聯的所有實體必須完全停止以任何形式使用Self Care擁有的知識產權，包括用於其公司名稱及/或任何推廣材料中。亦禁止後者以及與其關聯的所有實體自稱為Self Care旗下freezeframe產品的「授權」分銷商。
