香港2019年6月6日 /美通社/ -- 根據申索陳述書 HCA 611/2019 中，由薛嘉麟先生投資的 Takara Gaming Solutions Limited ("TGG") 對陳銳文 (Raymond Chan) 及其他人士涉嫌嚴重違反受託人及員工責任作出指控，包括涉嫌建立直接與 TGG 及其關聯公司競爭的業務、拉攏 TGG 員工、竊取 TGG 開發的技術及利用 TGG 的資源為自己及自己所擁有的競爭業務獲得利益。TGG 與 Sora Ventures (SLOT 代幣的孵化方與 AlphaSlot 的顧問，"Sora") 就相關事件發表聲明。
