杭州和紹興2018年11月6日電 /美通社/ -- 歌禮製藥有限公司（歌禮製藥 1672.HK），一家致力於解決抗病毒、癌症及脂肪肝病三大領域中尚未被滿足的醫療需求且已進入商業化階段的生物製藥公司，今日宣佈，公司開發的全口服丙肝治癒方案 II/III 期臨床研究已通過第69屆美國肝病研究學會（AASLD）年會組委會的評定，被選為「壁報演講」，該項研究的主要研究者、北京大學人民醫院魏來教授將在美國當地時間11月12日下午2:00進行現場口頭報告。這也是中國原研 DAA 首次在美國肝病年會上做報告。

該項研究為大型多中心隨機雙盲安慰劑對照 II/III 期試驗，由中國大陸42家中心共同參與，共納入424例非肝硬化的 GT1 HCV 感染初治成人患者，主要終點為評價以拉維達韋為基礎的全口服治療方案在非肝硬化的基因 1 型 HCV 感染初治患者中的療效及安全性。研究證實：應用拉維達韋聯合利托那韋強化的達諾瑞韋和利巴韋林治療後，治癒率（SVR12）高達99%，且療效不受基線 NS5A 耐藥相關替換影響，同時具有良好的耐受性。

拉維達韋是歌禮開發的針對 NS5A 靶點的新一代泛基因型直接抗丙肝病毒藥物，與2018年6月初獲批上市的歌禮首個抗丙肝 1 類創新藥戈諾衛^®聯合使用，組成中國首個原研全口服無干擾素丙肝治癒方案（RDV/DNV 治療方案）。
