Asia's 50 Best Restaurants「亞洲50最佳餐廳」榜單由Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Academy「亞洲50最佳餐廳」評審委員會投票選出，該委員會由超過350位具影響力且性別比例均等的業界專才組成。本年度榜單涵蓋17個亞洲城市，其中3個城市首度亮相第1-50名榜單，同時迎來8間新上榜及3間重返榜單的餐廳。曼谷以9間入選餐廳稱冠本年度榜單，東京以7間餐廳緊隨其後。香港、首爾及新加坡則各有6間餐廳佔榜。
