越南河内2023年11月13日 /美通社/ -- 2023年11月9日，SeABank（越南東南亞商業股份銀行，股票代碼：SSB）與AEON Group的金融子公司AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd.（簡稱「AEON Financial」）在河內舉行簽約儀式，轉讓SeABank在Postal Financial Limited Liability Company（簡稱「PTF」）的全部出資額，相當於PTF註冊資本的100%，轉讓價格為1.766億美元。

簽署轉讓PTF全部出資額的合同經過了SeABank股東大會的批準，是尋找有意收購SeABank在PTF出資額的潛在外國投資者的路線圖的一部分。轉讓完成後，SeABank將獲得更多資金，用於加強其財務能力、擴大規模、投資技術，從而推進關鍵領域的業務活動，力爭成為最受客戶喜愛的零售銀行。
