北京和新澤西州布里奇沃特2021年2月1日 /美通社/ -- 全球生物製藥公司甘李藥業股份有限公司（以下簡稱「甘李藥業」）（股票代碼：603087.SH）今天宣佈，美國食品藥品監督管理局 (FDA) 已授予 GLR2007 用於治療膠質母細胞瘤患者的「快速通道資格認定」。GLR2007 是甘李藥業正在開發的一種細胞週期蛋白依賴性激酶 4/6 (CDK 4/6) 抑制劑，用於治療包括膠質母細胞瘤（存活率低的惡性腦癌）等晚期實體腫瘤。儘管膠質母細胞瘤是一種罕見疾病，但它是最常見的腦部和中樞神經系統惡性腫瘤，佔惡性原發性腦部和中樞神經系統腫瘤的 45.2%^[1]。
