義大利波隆納2020年11月11日 /美通社/ -- 義大利番茄專家 Cirio 及 Conserve Italia 的目標是從亞洲開始，將義大利廚藝推廣到全世界，大力宣揚地中海飲食及義大利優質產品。這項計畫專為亞洲網紅、餐廳老闆、記者及意見領袖而訂定。由泰國義大利商會、義大利拿坡里比薩公會 (Verace Pizza Napoletana Association) （Cirio 也名列極負盛名的供應商名單中）及義大利外交部聯合舉辦的「道地義大利美味、道地義大利餐桌：只要料理比薩就夠了 (Auhentic Italian Taste, Authentic Italian Table: All you need is cooking PIZZA) 第一場活動已在幾週前於曼谷舉行。

獲邀參加這場活動的 40 位嘉賓，享受了這個從大廚 Paolo Vitaletti 學習義大利比薩奧秘的大好機會，一窺由準備麵團到精選 100% 義大利製造的 Cirio 番茄醬等食材選擇等訣竅。
