倫敦2020年3月2日 /美通社/ -- 合規科技(RegTech)供應商FundApps今年推出「敏感行業」(Sensitive Industries)服務，這項服務可以將來自法律資訊供應商aosphere的內容，與客戶資訊及全球行業分類標准(GICS)圖譜結合一起。

FundApps的敏感行業服務是首項能夠讓金融機構合規團隊編寫特定行業規則的服務。這項服務能夠取代過時/需大量人手的合規工序，有助緊貼千變萬化的環球法規及監控特別行業的附加披露界線。該服務覆蓋50個主要司法管轄區,當中每個司法管轄區對「敏感行業」都有不同的定義，并對如何緊密監控這些行業中的私人權益設下了針對性的規則。FundApps會以自動化模式實施針對預先批准、事後通知、急停和特定發行人限制的監控。
