科技不再意料之外

對於將近六成（59%）的人們而言，他們希望科技能帶給他們「百搭」和驚喜的選項，讓他們能夠在來年接觸到全新事物。

動作太慢是新的錯失恐懼症 (#FOMO)

在 2020 年的旅遊趨勢將是休閒慢遊，而不再被錯失恐懼症（FOMO）和趕行程綁架。在 2020 年，將近一半（48%）的旅客打算乘搭速度較慢的交通工具，以減少對環境的影響，而六成（61%）的旅客則偏好走路程較遠的路線，好好享受旅程本身以外的樂趣。
