香港2019年5月8日 /美通社/ -- 國內領先的一站式醫療健康生態平台平安健康醫療科技有限公司（「平安好醫生」或「公司」，股票代碼：01833.HK）發佈自願公告，獲悉於2019年5月7日，公司獲控股股東之一中國平安保險（集團）股份有限公司（「平安」）增持股權。平安此次增持21,345,883股平安好醫生股份，約佔股份總數的1.9999999%。部分行使認購選擇權後，平安的持股已由約39.27%增加至41.27%。

據平安好醫生2018年報顯示，2018年全年，平安好醫生各項業務保持快速發展，實現總收入人民幣33.38億元，同比增長78.7%；其中，核心業務 -- 家庭醫生服務板塊增勢強勁，實現營業收入人民幣4.11億元，同比增長69.6%；2018年12月的月付費用戶數（MPU）達236萬，同比增長86.2%。截至2018年12月31日，平安好醫生注册用戶數達2.65億，同比增加7,240萬；期末 MAU 達5,470萬，同比增長85.4%。
