  1. 新客戶於2024年11月13日至2024年12月31日內，經 PressLogic 指定邀請碼「 4100PLG1」或「4100PLG2」或「4100PLG3」並成功開戶及申請 Mox 信用卡，可獲Mox及PressLogic獨家禮品，詳情如下：

    要求:
    i) 於使用「 4100PLG1」或「4100PLG2」或「4100PLG3」當天及其後 30 天的期間內，完成 Mox Credit 申請程序（當你收到 Mox 向你發出的 Mox Credit 批核通知時，即代表你的 Mox Credit 批核程序已「完成」（你收到該批核通知當日為「批核日期」））；及
    ii) 於批核日期及其後 60 天的期間內，以 Mox Credit 完成一項或以上的合資格 交易，而該等交易金額合共不少於港幣 15,000 元（「消費要求」）

  2. 必須於2025年1月31日(23:59 GMT+8)或之前提交獎賞換領表格

    • 申請人需在獎賞換領表格填上由Mox發出的成功申請編號，成功申請編號將於滿足「4100PLG1/4100PLG2/4100PLG3」邀請碼推廣條款及細則第 6 (c) 條下所有要求後14個工作天內，通過電郵發送。電郵內有“成功申請編號(7位數)”（電郵會發送到你所登記Mox的電郵地址，如你尚未收到電郵，請檢查你的垃圾郵件匣）。

    • 申請人必須提交完整及準確的換領獎賞表格，否則將失去獲得禮品資格。

  3. 合資格的新客戶需確保填寫正確資料。 PressLogic 將不會負責因為客戶填寫錯誤資料而導致任何禮品兌換的延誤或遺漏。當中包括：

    • 申請人提交不完整的換領獎賞表格將被取消獲獎資格。申請人提交錯誤或含欺詐信息的換領獎賞表格也將被取消獲獎資格。

    • PressLogic不會為因互聯網連接問題或其他原因而未收到的任何換領獎賞表格負責。

    • 在申請人收到確認電郵前，換領獎賞表格將不會被視為成功提交PressLogic有機會要求申請人提供此電子郵件的副本以核實他們的申請。

    • 收到換領獎賞表格確認電郵並不等同於您的申請獲批，也不能用以確認您的獲獎條件。獲獎資格由銀行決定，銀行報告將保留最終決定權。

  4. 申請人之參考編號及資料將轉交至Mox作核實領取PressLogic獨家禮遇之資格。

  5. 合資格並在推廣期成功申請的用戶，會於推廣期完結後1個月內收到獎賞。

  7. 如不合資格領獎，恕不另行通知。

  10. PressLogic 不會為由銀行的任何行為或疏忽和/或不可控因素而導致的禮品派發延遲或錯誤負責。

  11. 如果 PressLogic 發現該申請是透過其他渠道提交，或在推廣期限之外完成的，和/或涉嫌欺詐，違反推廣目的，或不符合推廣條款及細則，則 PressLogic 保留拒絕任何兌換禮品的權利。如有爭議， PressLogic 保留最終決定權。如果我們懷疑申請人參與任何形式的非法活動或欺詐，我們將保留向警方或有關當局報告及追究權利。

  12. 參加活動即表示所有申請人同意受這些條款和條件。PressLogic 保留隨時修改推廣條款和條件的權利，恕不另行通知。

  13. 申請指定貸款並參與 PressLogic 是次推廣的資格是由貸款機構作審核：

    • 申請人了解並同意，所有金融產品（包括但不限於信用卡、保險和貸款）的申請均由該產品機構自行決定，並保留最終決定權； PressLogic 不保證任何信用卡和貸款產品的審核狀況。

  14. PressLogic 對與此推廣活動有關的所有事項保留最終決定權，並對所有申請人俱有約束力，包括確定申請人或申請是否符合這些獲獎的條件。

  15. 申請者明白及接納獎賞由 PressLogic 提供並須受Mox app及Mox網站上列明的「Mox免責聲明」約束，Mox毋須對該額外禮遇負上任何責任。

PressLogic X Mox Credit Card November Rewards Redemption Programme Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers who successfully open Mox Bank Account via invitation code “4100PLG1” or “4100PLG2” or “4100PLG3” during the Promotional Period of 13 November 2024 to 31 December 2024, and successfully apply for Mox Credit Card, will be awarded with the corresponding amount of coupon as follows:

    • Requirement:
      i) Successfully open Mox Bank Account via Invitation code “4100PLG1” or “4100PLG2” or “4100PLG3” and apply for Mox Credit Card; and
      ii) during the period beginning on and from your Approval Day and the following 60 days, spend at least HKD15,000 on one or more Eligible Transaction(s) with Mox Credit (“Spending Requirement”)

    • Gift: HKTVMall HK$200 eGift Voucher

  2. Customers must submit the redemption form on or before 31 January 2025 (23:59 GMT +8)

    • Applicants are required to provide the Successful Application Number issued by Mox on the rewards redemption form. This Successful Application Number will be sent via email from Mox Bank to you via email within 14 business days, following the day you satisfy all the requirements set out in clause 6 of ““4100PLG1/4100PLG2/4100PLG3” Invitation Code Promotion (the“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions. The email will contain the 'Successful Application Number (7 digits).' Please note that this email will be sent to the email address registered with Mox. If you have not received the email, kindly check your spam folder.

    • Applicants who do not complete the redemption form fully and accurately will not be eligible for the Gift.

  3. Qualified new customers must ensure they fill in the correct information. PressLogic will not be responsible for any delays or omissions in gift redemption due to incorrect information provided by the customer. This includes:

    • Applicants who submit incomplete reward redemption forms will be disqualified. Applicants who submit forms containing incorrect or fraudulent information will also be disqualified.

    • PressLogic will not be responsible for any reward redemption forms not received due to internet connection issues or other reasons.

    • Before receiving a confirmation email, the reward redemption form will not be considered successfully submitted. PressLogic may require applicants to provide a copy of this email to verify their application.

    • Receiving a confirmation email for the reward redemption form does not imply that your application is approved, nor does it confirm your eligibility for the award. Eligibility for the award is determined by the bank, which reserves the final decision-making authority.

  1. Applicant's reference number and data will be collected to Mox Bank to verify eligible applications.

  2. An Eligible New Customer whose application is approved within the Promotion Period will receive their Sign-Up Gift within 1 month after the end of Promotion.

  3. HKTVMall HK$200 eGift Voucher is subject to terms and conditions.

  4. Please note that only eligible users will be notified by PressLogic.

  5. In case of any disputes, PressLogic reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

  7. PressLogic shall not be liable for delay or error in Gift transfer occurring due to any acts or omissions of the banks and/or due to any reason beyond its control.

  8. PressLogic reserves the right to reject any Gift redemption if the application is found to be made via other channels, or completed outside of the Qualifying Period, and/or fraudulent, against the spirit of the promotion, or non-compliant with the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In the event of disputes, PressLogic decision shall be final. Where we suspect a participant is participating in any form of unlawful activity or fraud, we reserve the right to report such activity or suspicions to the police or relevant authorities.

  9. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PressLogic reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time, without prior notice.

  10. Where eligibility for PressLogic Promotion rewards are conditional on eligible product approval by the financial product issuer:

    • Participants acknowledge and agree that approval on applications for all financial products (including but not limited to credit cards, insurance, and loans) are made at each product issuer’s discretion. Their decisions are final; PressLogic does not guarantee the approval of any Credit Card and Loan products.

  11. PressLogic reserves the final decision-making authority on all matters related to this promotion, and its decisions are binding on all applicants. This includes determining whether an applicant or application meets the award criteria.

  12. Applicants understand and accept that the gift is provided by PressLogic, and being bound by “Mox Disclaimer” as published on Mox app and Mox website Mox Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, the gift supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning the gift must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Applicant, which shall in no way relieve such Applicant from his/her, payment or other obligations to Mox Bank.

  13. To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay!
