韓國首爾和波蘭卡托維茲2026年3月17日 /美通社/ -- 全球領先的物流公司LX Pantos（全球首席執行官：Lee Yong-ho）正通過戰略合作伙伴關系與基礎設施投資，加速其全球拓展步伐。

3月16日，LX Pantos宣布，由Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation（簡稱「KIND」）和韓國國土交通部下屬政策基金PIS No. 2 Fund組成的財團，斥資約1.48億美元的價格收購了位於波蘭南部卡托維茲的一座新建物流園區。

卡托維茲物流中心由五棟建築組成，總建築面積達10.9萬平方米。該園區正在分階段開發和投入運營，預計將於2026年上半年全面竣工。目前，已有數家全球及本地企業簽約租賃。

通過卡托維茲物流中心，LX Pantos計劃打造東歐物流樞紐，並拓展汽車零部件、消費品和家電等關鍵行業的服務。該設施還有望成為烏克蘭重建需求啟動後的前沿物流基地，為重建工作提供支持。

除歐洲外，該公司還在美國和亞洲等關鍵戰略市場積極拓展全球業務。在美國，LX Pantos與Ocean Network Express（簡稱「ONE」）成立了合資企業Boxlinks LLC，並收購了佐治亞州一座占地304,769平方米的大型物流中心，面積約相當於43個足球場，以加強其多式聯運業務。在東北亞，該公司與中國外運成立FutureLinks，拓展中韓多式聯運，並挖掘中國電商貨物驅動下快速增長的海空聯運市場潛力。
