香港2025年10月22日 /美通社/ -- 早前楷和醫療聯同工聯會舉辦乳癌健康講座，邀請張智瑩外科專科醫生主講，現場互動氣氛熱烈。講座內容涵蓋乳房健康範疇，包括乳房良性與惡性腫瘤的分別、診斷方式及治療選擇，提升公眾對乳癌的認識與防治意識。

是次講座亦屬於乳癌關注月系列活動之一，由楷和醫療支持舉辦。楷和醫療多年來積極推動乳房健康教育，透過「乳你健康起動」計劃，鼓勵女性定期檢查，提升社會對乳癌的關注與早期防治意識。

張醫生指出，乳房腫塊並非一律等同癌症，常見的良性問題如纖維腺瘤、囊腫等，與惡性腫瘤在初期症狀上或有相似，強調定期檢查的重要性。她亦介紹了3D乳房X光造影的應用，並提到此技術可提供風險評分，協助早期識別高風險個案。

講座中，張醫生亦講解了兩種乳房抽針檢查的方式—幼針穿刺(Fine Needle Aspiration)與粗針穿刺(Core Needle Biopsy)。她指出，幼針檢查主要抽取細胞作初步分析，過程簡單；而粗針檢查則抽取完整組織樣本，準確度更高，臨床上多建議使用粗針作進一步診斷。

多位參加者主動分享親友的患癌經歷，其中一位提到其男性親人曾確診乳癌，並有明顯的家族患癌史，引起現場高度關注。張醫生指出，雖然男性乳癌相對罕見，但若直系血親曾患乳癌，男性亦可能攜帶 BRCA1 或 BRCA2 基因突變，罹患乳癌的風險顯著增加。她強調，男性乳癌的診斷與治療方式與女性無異，呼籲市民勿忽視乳房異常情況，尤其是有家族病史者應提高警覺，及早求診。
