印尼人民銀行首發5萬億印尼盧比社會債券助力普惠及可持續融資

印尼雅加達2025年6月25日 /美通社/ -- 印尼人民銀行(PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk)(IDX: BBRI)正式發行2025年第一期可持續社會債券，規模達5萬億印尼盧比。本次發行獲得市場熱烈追捧，超額認購達6.57萬億印尼盧比，超額認購倍數1.31倍。

此次債券是印尼人民銀行20萬億印尼盧比可持續公開發行計劃I期的組成部分，標誌着該行成為印尼首家發行社會債券的銀行。

債券發行協議簽署儀式由印尼人民銀行總裁Hery Gunardi、資金與國際銀行業務總監Farida Thamrin、運營總監Hakim Putratama以及聯席主承銷商、支持機構代表共同出席。

Hery Gunardi指出，發行社會債券是因為印尼市場缺乏聚焦社會效益的證券工具：「這亦是本行踐行ESG融資承諾的力證。」

他進一步指出，此次發行社會債券旨在通過多元化批發融資渠道來優化資金結構，「通過此舉，我行將繼續落實拓寬更具競爭力、可持續性的資本市場融資通道的戰略。」

經印尼評級機構PEFINDO評定，該債券獲3A評級(idAAA)，設三個品種：

A系列：2年期固定利率6.45%/年

B系列：3年期固定利率6.55%/年

C系列：5年期固定利率6.60%/年

本次債券採用簿記建檔方式發行，由PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas、PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk、PT Mandiri Sekuritas、PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia、PT Indo Premier Sekuritas、PT Bahana Sekuritas等證券機構聯合承銷，社會債券框架由ESG協調方印尼星展銀行(Bank DBS Indonesia)參與制定。
