香港2026年2月6日 /美通社/ -- 2026年2月6日，全球生豬養殖龍頭牧原股份（股票代碼：02714.HK）在港交所正式掛牌，成為中國生豬養殖行業首家實現「A+H」兩地上市的企業。若超額配售權悉數行使，發行淨額最高可達120.38億港元，既是2026年以來全球規模最大的農牧企業IPO，也是港股農業板塊近年最大規模IPO之一。

自1月29日啟動港股招股以來，牧原股份備受市場青睞，香港公開發售超額認購，國際配售獲全球主流機構踴躍申購。正大食品、豐益國際、中化香港、香港豫農國際、富達基金等的積極參與，也彰顯了國際市場對其全產業鏈優勢及成長價值的認可。
