東京2026年4月21日 /美通社/ -- NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS株式會社（NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC.，以下簡稱「NX集團」）已達成協議，收購總部位於加拿大蒙特利爾的Metro Supply Chain Group Inc.（「Metro Supply Chain Group」）全部股份，並於2026年4月17日簽訂了股份購買協議。

本次交易以企業價值計算，Metro Supply Chain Group估值18億加元（約合2070億日元），創下NX集團史上最大收購規模。此外，根據股份購買協議中約定的公司達成特定財務目標情況，賣方可能額外獲得最高4億加元（約合460億日元）的或有對價。
