遊戲概述

遊戲收錄有活動全身的「有氧運動」、「無氧運動」、「拉伸」等豐富內容，玩家足不出戶就能全力鍛煉。

玩家將在米奇教練及其機器人助理Hexie的陪伴與支持下進行鍛煉。

遊戲操作簡單，雙手握住Joy-Con™，跟著米奇的動作活動身體即可。男女老少都能即刻開練！

本作包含「動感鍛煉」、「力量訓練」、「放鬆運動」三種鍛煉類型。

- 「動感鍛煉」

這是一種加入舞蹈、拳擊等動作，跟隨節奏進行的有氧運動。此類型的鍛煉輕鬆愉快，令人情不自禁活動身體，推薦在想輕量運動或發洩壓力的時候使用。

- 「力量訓練」

此類型的鍛煉主要針對身體各個部位的肌肉，收錄有各種無氧運動，帶領玩家提高肌肉力量與基礎代謝。動作模式根據鍛煉部位分為五種，包含組間休息，不會造成負擔。適合想要短時間高效運動的玩家。

- 「放鬆運動」

此類型鍛煉包含類似瑜伽的放鬆調理運動與軀幹運動。輕緩活動全身的「柔韌拉伸」和保持靜止姿勢的「平衡拉伸」，都是練後拉伸放鬆和轉換心情的理想選擇。即便在日常零碎閒暇中，也可以輕鬆開練。

在鍛煉過程中，米奇會不斷表揚激勵玩家，不離不棄地幫助玩家完成每日運動。服裝和背景的多彩變化也會讓玩家深深傾心，也只有在這裡，大家才能看見如此千變萬化的米奇。
