Alibunar項目位於塞爾維亞東部，所在區域是該國風資源最豐富的地區之一。項目營運周期為25年，預計2028年實現商業化營運。項目總裝機容量為168MW，建成後年發電量約4.8億千瓦時。並網運行後，Alibunar項目將為塞爾維亞提供大量的清潔能源，有助於優化當地能源結構，減少對傳統化石能源的依賴。
