香港大學協理副校長林晨教授獲委任為水滴公司獨立非執行董事

北京2025年3月13日 /美通社/ -- 3月12日，水滴公司（NYSE： WDH）發佈公告，委任香港大學協理副校長、香港大學經管學院副院長（研究與知識交流）、金融學講座教授及寶光基金教授席教授（金融學）林晨為公司獨立非執行董事，於2025年3月11日生效。

林晨教授在自己的研究方向上擔任了多項學術兼職與社會職務，自2021年3月起為香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會（SFC）金融科技諮詢小組成員，自2023年7月起為香港特別行政區政府第三代互聯網（Web3.0）發展專責小組相關業界非官方成員，自2023月3月起為英國社會科學院院士，自2022年6月起為歐洲科學院院士，自2021年8月起擔任恆生指數顧問委員會委員，自2019年6月以來成為香港金融管理局香港貨幣及金融研究中心顧問成員，2017年1月至2022年12月擔任香港外匯基金諮詢委員會貨幣發行委員會委員。

此外，林晨教授還擔任招商局置地資管有限公司、十月稻田集團股份有限公司（HKEX： 09676）等公司的獨立非執行董事。
