第51-100名榜單概覽

第51-100名榜單涵蓋來自23個城市的餐廳，其中13間為新上榜
曼谷、香港、新加坡和首爾在延伸榜單上名列前茅，各佔六個席位
在首爾六間上榜餐廳中，Soigné位列No.57，為本年度延伸榜單上排名最高的新入圍餐廳
班加羅爾Farmlore首度入選，位列No.68，同時成為2025年度American Express One To Watch Award「American Express最值得關注獎」得主
其他新入選印度餐廳包括卡紹利Naar（No.66）和新德里Inja（No.87），其中卡紹利為首次上榜的地點
在香港六間獲選餐廳中，Testina（No.60）和Feuille（No.93）均屬首次登榜
中國內地新入圍餐廳包括杭州Ru Yuan「如院」（No.59）和上海La Bourriche 133（No.96）
東京共有四間餐廳榜上有名，其中Harutaka「青空」為新入選，位列No.76
