中國聯通此次發布的「AI全融通」計劃，將為用戶帶來前所未有的智能體驗。基於AI服務平台打造的「通通」AI智能體，作為用戶的智能數字分身，可精準理解需求並擁有整合多APP能力，實現家庭與個人場景的無縫融合。同時也將DeepSeek等三方模型、應用高效聚合，構建靈活商業與合作模式。

而聯通雲手機作為新型AItoX入口，是AI算力普惠的重要舉措。雲手機集成了「通通」AI智能體，為用戶提供隱私安全、數字娛樂、AI辦公等多場景的雲端數字生活體驗。在哈爾濱亞冬會期間，中國聯通正式發布了「私人訂智」的AI雲手機，並率先上線了私人智能秘書「AI通通助手」，為用戶帶來了全新的智能體驗。
