倫敦2024年8月22日 /美通社/ -- 根據 Charities Aid Foundation 的「2024 年世界捐贈指數」，全球有 43 億人在上個月幫助陌生人、提供義工服務或捐款，創下歷史新高。

印度尼西亞連續第七年榮獲為世界上最慷慨的國家，其中 90% 的印尼人向慈善事業捐款，並有 65% 的志願者獻出時間。肯尼亞從去年的第三位躍升為第二最慷慨的國家。新加坡已上升 19 位至第三位，整體指數得分從 49% 逐年上升至 61%，其成果歸因於政府近日推動慈善及義工活動的措施。

CAF 世界捐贈指數是有史以來其中一項大型的捐獻調查，自 2009 年以來訪問全球數百萬人。今年的指數包括來自 142 個國家的資料，向人民提出三個問題：在過去的一個月中，他們曾否幫助陌生人、捐款或做義工。

CAF 2024 年世界捐贈指數亦發現：

排名前 10 的國家中只有兩個世界最大的經濟體（印尼和美國），而世界上最貧窮的國家之一 - 岡比亞則排名第四。
摩洛哥的捐款年增率為全球之冠，訪談發生在 2023 年 9 月該國中部遭受破壞性地震之後。2022 年僅有百分之二的人士向慈善機構捐款，但去年數字已升至 18%，志工率亦從 8% 倍增至 16%。
希臘是今年增幅最大的國家，自 2013 年以來排名持續上升。希臘在幫助陌生人方面的得分特別高，遠高於歐洲平均水平，在年輕人中的得分尤其高。
