上海2024年8月1日 /美通社/ -- 近日，三一集團與印尼卡拉旺大學（UNSIKA）的聯合辦學項目在三一印尼產業園正式啟動。該項目名為「燈塔工廠學院」，由三一工業職業技術學院、三一印尼公司和UNSIKA共同創辦，聚集了來自UNSIKA的40名學生，進行為期4個月的集中培訓。

該項目於2023年12月簽約，旨在為印尼青年提供全新的中國高等職業教育教學模式，提高他們的專業技術技能和就業競爭力。

6月初，UNSIKA的5名骨干教師在長沙三一工業職業技術學院進行了為期45天的培訓，主要學習工程機械理論、實踐和中國文化。隨後，從7月開始，經過層層選拔，首批40名學員開始在三一印尼公司接受為期4個月的培訓。培訓以實訓為主要課程，包括挖掘機操作與維護、電氣工程、液壓、發動機、設備調試與維護等五個課程模塊。培訓結束後，通過考核的學生將進入三一印尼公司的各個部門實習。
