香港2024年5月10日 /美通社/ -- 復星國際有限公司（香港聯交所股份代號：00656）（簡稱「復星國際」、「復星」或「公司」）成功完成2024年5月7日到期的8.04億美元貸款的再融資，其中5.97 億美元是通過成功籌組一筆新銀團貸款，餘下通過自有資金償還。

復星一直與銀行保持緊密合作，參與此次新籌組的5.97 億美元銀團貸款的銀行有：中國銀行（澳門）、中國銀行（上海）、法國巴黎銀行、東亞銀行、德國商業銀行、恒生銀行、滙豐銀行、法國外貿銀行、卡塔爾國家銀行及渣打銀行。此筆銀團貸款是今年以來中國民營企業同類貸款中規模最大的一筆，充分反映了境內外銀行對復星流動性的認可，並體現了境內外銀行對復星的堅定支持。
