沙特阿拉伯環境、水資源及農業部為此成就舉辦了慶祝活動，而健力士世界紀錄正式肯定了 Bahri Desalination 的創新流動式海水化淡廠為同類廠房中規模最大。該大型浮動式海水化淡廠長達 123 米，每日水產量為 50,000 立方米。Bahri 與 Saline Water Conversion Corporation（SWCC）及 Metito Saudi Limited 展開合作，在定制式駁船上建造並安裝了三座同類的頂級海水化淡廠。
