香港2023年10月2日 /美通社/ -- TS Cloud 10月2日公佈 Google Workspace 使用者適用的 AI 資料輸入服務「ChatGPT 資料輸入小幫手」開放使用。

該服務可使用 AI 分析大量上傳至 Google Drive 的圖像和 PDF 文件，並將需要的資料自動輸入到 Google Sheets，讓至今一直以人手進行的資料輸入得以自動化。

資料輸入作業通常是極為耗費時間及精力的例行工作，但 ChatGPT 資料輸入小幫手最多可減少90%的工作時間。如將其應用在銷售部門的卡片資料輸入、會計部門的單據資料輸入等等，眾多場景應用將可期待作業流程自動化。
