Menarini Asia-Pacific與Astellas簽訂獨家授權協議在台灣和部分東南亞市場銷售Smyraf®產品

香港和台北2023年9月13日 /美通社/ -- Menarini Asia-Pacific與Astellas Pharma Inc.（簡稱Astellas）就口服型Janus激酶(JAK)抑制劑Smyraf^® 50 mg和100 mg片劑（通用名：氫溴酸吡西替尼，peficitinib hydrobromide）在台灣的開發、生產和商業化達成長期獨家許可合作關係。該產品用於治療類風濕性關節炎。Smyraf^® 已在台灣獲得批准，其物質組成專利保護期至2032年。

根據協議條款，Astellas將獲得總額高達550萬歐元的付款，其中包括預付款和里程碑付款。此外，Menarini還將向Astellas支付佔Smyraf^®淨銷售額高個位數百分比的版稅。Menarini還可以選擇將權利擴大到部分東南亞市場。

Smyraf^®由Astellas開發，目前在日本銷售，適用於治療對傳統療法反應不佳的類風濕關節炎（包括預防結構性關節損傷）。

類風濕性關節炎(RA)是一種慢性自身免疫性疾病，主要影響關節，可導致炎症、疼痛和潛在的關節損傷。在台灣，類風濕性關節炎的發病率估計為每10 萬人287.0例^[1]，是公認的重大健康問題。在台灣人口老齡化的背景下，該地區正在努力加強對該疾病的診斷、治療和管理。
