曼谷2022年12月22日 /美通社/ -- 朱拉隆功大學(Chulalongkorn University)亞洲研究所的研究員Akkanut Wantanasombat在其2019年研究《Rider-Heroes-Chains》（已拓展至「Tamsang-Tamsong On-Demand Delivery」——社會團結經濟商業模式發展項目）中指出，在外送業務中，騎手的工資較低，而他們的工作條件頗有風險，社會保障水平較低，而消費者為他們認為的「最佳價值」支付更多的費用。該項目由泰國健康促進基金會(Thai Health Promotion Foundation)、Collaborating Centre for Labour Research（勞動力研究合作中心）、朱拉隆功大學(CU-ColLaR)、Research Management Office（研究管理辦公室）和CU Social Innovation Hub提供資助，旨在開發對所有相關方都公平的基於社會團結經濟的社區外送平台/商業模式，同時為社區增加職業機會，並提高社區的穩定性。

Tamsang-Tamsong On-Demand Delivery與其他私營平台類似，但建基於「社會團結經濟」的核心價值，該經濟為所有利益相關者提供機會，達成共同協議，同時制定有利於每一個人的規章制度。該平台使用Line Messenger下單，還使用聊天機器人提供支持。客戶支付實際外送費用，而無需向平台支付任何費用，可以從半徑範圍為3至5公里的多個地方訂購。自2020年以來，該平台一直很活躍，現在已有70多家參與門店和44名騎手。
