北京2022年6月9日 /美通社/ -- 6月7日，樂享集團（6988.HK）發佈公告，宣佈訂立配售及認購協議，擬融資約6億港元，進一步支持其海外獨立站電商業務快速發展，以擴大規模及鞏固市場地位。國際頂尖投資銀行高盛作為本次交易的獨家配售代理。
