久負盛名的房地產開發集團 Générale Continentale Investissements (GCI) 很高興將這棟建築全部租給 Sopra Steria 此類組織。Latitude 建於 1970 年代，經過全面重新開發和擴建，提供了 22,000m² 重新設計的工作空間及廣泛的舒適區。

該建築擁有巨大的橫向樓板及出眾的環境資質，滿足了 Sopra Steria 對綜合性靈活工作環境的具體要求，滿足新工作場所的期望，亦符合使用此空間的人才的期望。

STUDIOS Architecture 的建築師們沿著 Latitude 的立面設計了飄帶，創造了一種有機的、水平的標識，為該地區的超城市及傳統垂直景觀增添了活力。其俯瞰環城路的策略位置及環保型共融設計，已經將 Latitude 打造成一個城市新地標，並成為巴黎拉德芳斯重建項目的組成部分。

Atelier Annie Vitipon 為 Sopra Steria 打造室內設計。這棟建築壯觀、透明的兩層大廳通往一個綠樹成蔭的新廣場。其他景觀區包括日本風格的「口袋公園」(pocket park)、地面露台及寬闊的綠色屋頂。

相互連接的模組化空間使一樓有一種開放的巴黎式街道的感覺。這條長廊由總部位於倫敦的 SHH Interiors、餐飲諮詢公司 Prepline 及餐飲運營商 Baxter Storey 設計，為員工提供不斷變化及多樣化的餐飲選擇，以及其他創新服務。

以多功能性為核心，中庭酒吧、美食廳、外賣自助晚餐、沙拉吧、酒廊、咖啡吧及快閃店提供午餐時間座位以及多用途及活動導型空間，以鼓勵非正式會議並支援協作性工作文化。

這一原創概念獲得了泰坦地產大獎 (Titan Property Award) 的三個獎項：地產開發類的白金獎，以及商業再開發／翻新及辦公室開發的金獎。
