齊合環保就前行政總裁的違規行為，展開民事法律訴訟

香港2022年4月14日 /美通社/ -- 據香港南華早報報導，齊合環保集團有限公司（「齊合環保」）前行政總裁Rafael Heinrich Suchan先生（「Suchan先生」）被齊合環保控告。據香港特別行政區高等法庭該訴訟案件傳訊令狀內容顯示，Suchan先生在任期間因其對某些供應商的不當聘用、審核和付款並沒有遵從公司指引和規定；以及其被罷免職務後公開對齊合環保的不實言論和指控，被正式起訴。

齊合環保本次起訴Suchan先生涉嫌的違規行為包括：沒有依照公司指引和規定交給內部審查員進行獨立供應商審查、沒有合理原因以極高費用聘請經驗尚淺及專業意識存疑的第三方顧問公司、沒有與涉事的可疑供應商簽定有效合約或提供服務之證明、沒有依照公司指引由首席財務官先行批准支付涉事供應商之款項、故意拆分給予涉事供應商的合約，以逃避董事會的監管等。
