上海2021年9月27日 /美通社/ -- 藥明巨諾（港交所代碼：2126），一家專注於開發、生產及商業化細胞免疫治療產品的創新型生物科技公司，今日宣佈其靶向BCMA嵌合抗原受體（CAR）T細胞JWCAR129用於治療復發/難治性多發性骨髓瘤的臨床試驗申請已獲得中國國家藥品監督管理局（NMPA）的默示許可。

多發性骨髓瘤（MM）是一種始於骨髓且無法治癒的血液腫瘤，以漿細胞過度增殖為特徵。雖然治療可能導致疾病緩解，然而後續極有可能復發。早期多發性骨髓瘤的患者可能沒有特異症狀，但隨著疾病發展，大多數多發性骨髓瘤患者出現骨功能障礙、貧血、高血鈣、腎功能減退或感染等症狀。在標準療法（包括蛋白酶抑制劑和免疫調節劑）治療後復發的患者，可用的治療方案也很少，預後非常差，給家庭和社會帶來沉重的負擔，因此，復發/難治性骨髓瘤（R/R MM）具有巨大的未滿足臨床需求。
