穆迪將SeABank的評級展望從「穩定」上調至「正面」

越南河內2021年6月1日 /美通社/ -- 穆迪投資者服務公司（簡稱「穆迪」）將東南亞股份制商業銀行（SeABank—越南，股票代碼：SSB）的評級展望從「穩定」上調至「正面」，並連續三年將其長期信用評級評定為「B1」級。

將SeABank的評級展望上調至「正面」體現了穆迪的觀點，即近年來該銀行資產質量得到改進，不僅有助於降低信貸成本和提高盈利能力，還有可能在未來12-18個月內提高其基礎信用評估(BCA)。

近年來，SeABank的資產質量穩步提高。截至2020年底，不良貸款率（包括不良貸款和越南資產管理公司(VAMC)發行的債券總額）從2.3%降至1.9%。SeABank還逐步提高了不良貸款撥備覆蓋率。穆迪預計，在越南經濟環境有利的情況下，SeABank的資產質量將基本保持穩定。

穆迪還預計，未來12-18個月，受個人和中小企業貸款收益率上升的推動，SeABank的盈利能力將得到提高。內部產生的資金將為資產增長提供支持，因此該行資金將保持穩定水平。

近幾年來，SeABank業務規模顯著擴張，為整個經濟的發展做出了重要貢獻。目前，SeABank被視為2021年對越南銀行業產生重大影響的17家信貸機構之一。

2021年一季度末，SeABank取得了良好的業績，稅前利潤3024萬美元，較2020年同期增長2.3倍。資產總額達到80億美元，按年度增長24%。客戶存款50億美元，按年度增長16.8%；客戶貸款按年度增長14.3%，至48.1億美元。此外，該銀行的淨營業收入總額也增長48%，達到6240萬美元；成本收入比為40.8%，而2020年同期則為52.9%。
