韓國首爾2021年5月7日 /美通社/ -- Nexturn Bioscience Co., Ltd.(KOSDAQ:89140)旗下子公司Nexturn Bio Inc.表示，公司已獲得美國新藥開發商RosVivo Therapeutics Inc.50%的股權，這也是Nexturn Bio投資的第一家公司。RosVivo最近開發了RSVI-301，這是一款使用miRNA（微小核糖核酸）的新藥，它有望成為繼mRNA（信使核糖核酸）之後的新一代藥物，mRNA疫苗作為新冠肺炎疫苗引起了人們的關注。瞄准不同於罕見疾病或癌症的糖尿病這種慢性病，似乎對Nexturn Bio的投資產生了積極影響。

此外，實驗表明，RSVI-301在反復用藥期間可有效降低胰島素抵抗（圖2）。由於實驗結果與現有的糖尿病藥物完全相反，克服胰島素抵抗的可能性提高了相關行業對RSVI-301的期望。RSVI-301副作用少，且能夠提供長期持久的藥效，有望在未來的糖尿病市場上獲得極大的競爭力。Nexturn Bio Inc.的一位行政人員稱：「我們將繼續為RosVivo的新藥開發提供大力支持，並與他們合作開發糖尿病治療藥物。」
