除了在全球盛事進行前滿足 2020 年世博會車隊的物流需求外，公司還將在稱為 District 2020 年的一個以人為本的智能社區為公眾服務，而該項目將在世博於 2022 年 3 月 31 日結束後成為世博會的實物遺跡。

該服務站是全球首個獲得 LEED 白金認證的設計，也是區內首個在其頂篷結構中結合用於發電和碳纖維的發電網上風力渦輪機，其設計靈感來自阿聯酋國樹牧豆樹。

起望 43,000 平方米/37 公噸碳纖維用於建造 133 層的多層頂篷框架。葉形的乙烯四氟乙烯 (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) 緩衝頂篷具有 100% 的紫外線防護和耐腐蝕性能，採用 3,800 多個 LED 照明模組提供照明。支援服務站的九個樹型設計由另外 22,500 平方米的碳纖維建成。每年大約 283 塊太陽能光伏板可產生 143 兆瓦時的太陽能，而 25 米的風力渦輪機每年可產生 12.7 兆瓦時的風能。
