南京2020年12月15日 /美通社/ -- 2020年12月14日，先聲藥業集團有限公司（2096.HK，以下簡稱「先聲藥業」）與阿爾脈生物科技有限公司（以下簡稱「阿爾脈生物」）簽訂新藥發現戰略合作協議。

根據協議，先聲藥業將與阿爾脈生物合作利用人工智能（AI）技術和DNA編碼化合物庫（DNA Encoded Library，以下簡稱DEL）設計、合成和篩選技術，篩選腫瘤、中樞神經、自身免疫等疾病領域的一系列特定靶點的先導化合物，同時基於篩選數據為特定靶點建立機器學習模型，用於虛擬篩選和化合物結構優化。

阿爾脈生物擅長運用人工智能藥物篩選和優化技術加快新藥開發，重點以數據為驅動，利用機器學習模型開展先導化合物設計發現，藥物多靶點選擇性和成藥性質優化。同時，阿爾脈生物將人工智能交叉運用於DNA編碼化合物庫篩選技術，形成以人工智能為基礎的新型DNA編碼化合物庫平台，助力於腫瘤、神經、代謝和抗感染等疾病的創新型小分子藥物的開發。
