「亞洲50最佳餐廳」宣佈趙希淑榮獲2020年度「亞洲最佳女廚師獎」

韓國首爾2020年2月20日 /美通社/ -- 首爾餐廳韓食空間Hansikgonggan的主廚兼創立人趙希淑(Cho Hee-sook)榮獲2020年度亞洲最佳女廚師獎(Asia's Best Female Chef)。趙主廚將於3月24日（星期二）在日本佐賀縣接受此項殊榮，由聖培露(S.Pellegrino)和普娜(Acqua Panna)贊助的「亞洲50最佳餐廳」(Asia's 50 Best Restaurants)頒獎典禮屆時將在佐賀縣舉行。

Cho Hee-sook, chef-owner of Hansikgonggan in Seoul, has been named Asia’s Best Female Chef for 2020. The Best Female Chef Award – which features as part of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants – celebrates and rewards successful women who have risen to the top of the gastronomic world.

趙主廚在過去的職業生涯中，花了大量時間與年輕廚師分享她對韓國烹飪的深入見解，確保該國獨特的烹飪傳統和食譜得以傳承。

在被任命為韓國駐美國華盛頓大使館的行政總廚之前，趙主廚在首爾高級酒店的廚房中累積了豐富的烹飪經驗。在2006年返回韓國後，趙主廚專注研究烹飪、探索當地食材及致力培養當地人才。在她擔任又松大學(Woosong University)教授期間，她啟發了許多烹飪領域的學生。她同時為非牟利組織Arumjigi基金會進行食品研究，旨在維護並推廣韓國文化。

趙主廚的職業生涯在2019年朝著新的方向發展，她在這一年創立了韓食空間Hansikgonggan並擔任餐廳主廚。該米芝蓮星級韓國餐廳主打皇室宮廷料理。趙主廚利用現代精選食材、美食元素與時尚擺盤設計，重新詮釋歷史悠久的傳統名菜，她的菜餚兼具現代感、又不失傳統底蘊。韓食空間Hansikgonggan由此生動展現趙主廚推動韓食向前發展的創意願景。
